Who made a cut glass bowl with a bee in the bottom?

raise bees

This is an Artichoke flower and until photographing it, I was unaware of the un-deniably massive danger involved in vegetable photography. Or rather ‘perched-atop-a-raised-vegetable-garden-mere-feet-away-from-a-greenhouse’ photography!
I was wondering around looking for todays photo and there was a bee enjoying itself inside the flower, so I set up the tripod, hopped onto the raised bed to get focus and just before taking the shot, the bee flew at my face (I radiate pollen)! Flapping like the wuss I am, I fell and missed the greenhouse by inches.
So I missed the bee, but the flower was still worth the shot I think; amazing colours!

Question by confused: Who made a cut glass bowl with a bee in the bottom?
I have a little old bowl with a raised bee in the bottom – just wondering if anybody knows how old it is or who made it. Thanks.
