Food engages all the senses. Make a photograph of food that causes our mouth to water or pucker. Get the viewer engaged.

This is a goat cheese panna cotta drizzled with rosemary honey and topped with hazelnuts, courtesy of Mamma Licia. And, yes, it was indeed delicious.

Question by Rachel: Can you be allergic to goats dairy products?
I have always been ok with cows dairy but have got a numb tingling feeling in my mouthwhen I have consumed goats dairy. Once was a few years ago with goats butter on cheese and more recenty goats cheese.
Any fefeedback would be great.
