Question by Tong L: New to cooking and need help with some tips grilling chicken?
Hi i’m 15 and i’m pretty new to cooking, but i want to cook healthy for myself and then possibly show my family. I know grilled chicken is pretty good for you, but can anyone provide me with some great recipes with grilled chicken and what equipment i might need cooking indoors on a gas stove. For example what pan would u use to grill chicken. Thanks =)
What do you think? Answer below!
I’m a big fan of the George Foreman grill. I put a frozen chicken breast on the grill (yes frozen, no need to thaw with this thing) toss on a few spices of your choice (I personally like dill or rosemary) and let it grill until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Enjoy!

marinate it, soak it for a few hours, in italian salad dressing. grilling requires no pan, you place the chicken directly on the broiler pan of the oven. you place it about 3/4 up from the bottom, put on broil and watch it carefully. you dont want it to burn as it is cooking from the heat from the top of the oven. it will take about 20-30 minutes. it needs to cook until when you stick it with a knife or fork, no more red juice runs out. do not undercook it or you might get sick..good luck

you can make breaded chicken cutlets in the oven that taste great. put some pam in a pan (use tin foil in pan and no mess to clean up). dip your chicken cutlets in egg and bread with italian breadcrumbs, place in pan and spray a little pam on top of chicken cutlets and baked in 450 oven for about 25 minutes.

You cant grill in a pan dude, you grill on a grill so my suggestion to you is buy a George Foreman indoor grill or have Mom & Dad fork out for a more traditional backyard grill. OK here we go I like to cook grill chicken breast so what I do is I buy it frozen.I thaw it out & make 3 or 4 slits on one side this is so it cooks thoroughly on the inside. I always havmy favorite store bought marinade on hand next i’ll grab a large ziploc bag throw in the chicken along with my marinade put back in fridge for 24 hrs. (note even 1 hr. of marinating is better than none.) and that is my secret I’ll do the same for beef and pork. Oh I almost forgot I always have a large bag of mesquite or hickory chips on hand I’m a hard core griller so I keep those chips immersed in water in a ziploc bag in the fridge at all times, now what you do with these is after you got your fire going in your outdoor grill 5 minutes b4 I slap the meat on I’ll sprinkle those chips on the fire this creates an awesome smoked flavor.
