Question by fish king: what kind of plants can i put in my worm farm?
i hav a worm bed and i want to no what kind of plants i can put in it.please tell me plants that produce a fruit or vegetable

  2. Good news! Worms prefer a vegan diet – no meat, dairy, eggs. Fruit, veg, grain (bread, leftover rice) are perfect. Cooked or raw is fine.

    However, worms do not enjoy lots of citrus peels, or hot spice, or oil (even veg oil).

    With time, you will find out which foods your little guys really love. I hear time and again that melon rind is a big, big hit.
