A short film looking at the success of organic urban agriculture in Havana, Cuba. An example for cities around the world. A PUDDLEPICTURES production.

I am looking for a contact to the production company because I need some filmfootage of the organoponicos! the website is not existing any more…who can help out?
And socialism isn’t working either.. the fact is: only if both systems are combined (which is possible: you’d end up with social democracy) some successes can be made and sustained.
Cool. People that source food near their home have no choice but to be conscious of how their behaviour affects the local ecology/ food supply. Yay for peak oil.
It’s nice to see people doing such wonderful things. Small scale organic farming like this can make the world a better place, not “western” style large scale farming.

Peak oil? No, this is because of US economic sanctions due to Cuba’s communist government.
