2 Responses to GROWING ORGANIC HEIRLOOM WATERMELONS SEEDS FROM BAKER CREEK
I plan on planting some Watermelons also, I am in a semi-arid tropical zone, so they should do ok I hope, I have seeds for Orangeglo, and Alibaba, both of which are supposed to be great tasting and drought tolerant, I also picked up a pack of Banana Cantaloupe, will these cross pollinate with watermelon? I will be trying the hedgerow system, using Gliricidia sepium and Moringa as green manure mulch, and brewed worm tea. I want to build up the soil. eventually papayas and Pitaya are going in.
