  4. In French it is called Pain Perdu, or Lost Bread. Best recipe I’ve found is Junior League of Monroe, LA, Cotton Country Collection cookbook, “Simple Bread Pudding”. Always have everything in house and it is very quick. I sometimes have it for breakfast; Hey! Toast, butter, eggs, milk, (and I have made it with Stevia or Agave nectar) but usually I reduce the sugar to half anyway. Makes its own sauce; spoon and eat! About 45 minutes start to finish. 6. I would have liked to see you pull it out of the oven put the sauce on it and plate it. Even take a bite of it to show your viewers how good it is. Great recipe video. Thanks again.
