Are you a guy?Is the performance supposed to be funny? And you posted this in singing–do you need to know how to sing in falsetto?
If you simply need to act out a part, keep in mind that some women have very deep speaking voices. You can speak softer or with a different inflection than you would normally use, and just raise the pitch SLIGHTLY higher if you have an exceptionally deep speaking voice even for a GUY–but avoid going “Monty Python”.
Think about the character you are portraying as a person and speak like that person would speak. What kind of woman/person is she? Shy and timid? Bold and sexy?
A total bee-atch from a particular region of the country (where you would add an appropriate accent to your attitude).
A woman with a low, sultry voice:

Same actor years later on a talk show–her voice is even lower:

She’s done musicals too if you want to find examples of her actually singing. (Not in movies where she was dubbed)
What I mean by–unless you want to be funny–no “Monty Python” high screechy voice:

You might want to re-post your question in the “Theater & Acting” section if you really are interested in how to “talk” like a woman rather than how to sing like one.
