Goat farming is a profitable business as long as the government of any state or republic does not interfere in the prices of the products of goat farming. Products as young goats, meat and leather.
Only by farming yourself and being aware of the fact that you are dealing with organisms that are your purse and so your income you have to be prepared to work 24 hours per day to take care of your goats.
Any part of agriculture is more profitable if it is more difficult for any competitor to get into your business. Whenever it is easy to get into business the business will be less profitable.
Goat farming is not very difficult for any farmer to get into if there is any money to be made in goats. So you should expect ongoing difficulty getting any profit out of the business. The principal here is that competition tends to drive profit out of any business that is easy to get into.
