Question by MARK D: how do spanish make chicken breast so juicy?
I go to benidorm, spain every year and can never find out how they make there chicken breast so juicy, every restaurant makes it so nice, i’v tried marinating, using lemon juice, olive oil,cooking it in different ways but still cant get it anything like the chicken breast in spain. Does anymore know the secret?

  1. The next time you’re there…ask them how they cook it (oven, broiler, open fire, etc.).

    Also…consider the quality of the meat you’re buying. Their birds are probably free range, organic, and naturally fed. A fair bit better than the crap many stores sell.
