  3. Love the video….really helpful, I am planning to build a vertical system
    Where did you get the piping, and what size is the piping?
    Also would I need another size pipe and a stronger motor if I were to go vertically? possibly 3 feet high.
    a quick response would be greatly appreciated as I have a deadline….thanks

  4. Hi Robert I have almost everything complete to do this but Im having a real hard time finding the aerators (532 micro hoses) is there another name they go buy?

  9. great video my friend but you make one mistake.. seal all the tops off that legs not only the bottoms.water goes in there and stays not recycle in the tank..stagnant water=bacterials and fungal..Not good for the plants..

  13. what about a 2 level system where the top ‘bucket’ drains into the lower bucket, using the same hole that the pump hose rises through, that ought to prevent rot; but, i like your airstone, though idkwthti, lol

  21. You should NEVER use PVC solvent without gloves and some sort of respirator to prevent breathing the organic solvent fumes as PVC cement is very volatile and can permanently damage your lungs.

    Other than that, looks good. Just wondering – what gph is that pump?
