My backyard urban chicken of the day picture on August 10, 2011.

The ground around the chickens is what a real chicken coop run looks like. Nothing survives where chickens live!

Question by Jim: How do they teach you to double frontflip on the trampoline in gymnastics?
There is no way I can afford gymnastics, and I really want to learn double frontflip on my backyard trampoline.I could do them for a day and land on my butt, but now I have somehow lost the confidence to do it. I always bail out after my first frontflip and do 1 1/4 of a flip onto my stomach.

  1. never ever chicken out! it’s the worst possible thing to do. basically, if you have a nice, high frontsault, you should be able to do a double front easily with some big balls =P

the proper tech. for a frontsault is to first of all look up, dont look down (your body will always follow where your head is looking), then feel yourself go up first before you tuck (as in, dont tuck straight away). then it just takes practcice and bravery to be able to kick out at the right time.

although you dont have money to afford coaching, maybe just vist a gym and ask to use their foam pit, they probs wont let you but, worth a try huh?
