  1. Would it be alright if I sprouted seedlings in soil then transplanted them into a hydro system?

  2. No I do not, however many start the system at 1/3 strength. On the back of my nutrient is states how much to use for seedings and I just follow that. but if in doubt go with 1/3 strength for the first few weeks

  3. Did you spray your rockwool cubes with diluted grow medium to get them used to it before transferring to the DWC system? I have seedlings started and am trying to figure out when to start giving them diluted grow medium. Thanks in advance.

  4. You should follow the directions on the bottle of the nutrients that you have. I am currently using Advanced Nutrients GROW-MICRO-BLOOM and use 4 mL per Liter during weeks 1 through 6 of your flowering phase, and during all weeks of vegetative growth.

  13. I don’t start from seeds in the system, I grow the seeds to the seedling stage and then place in the system. At this point I keep the water level to about 1 centimetre above the bottom of the pots

  16. Very nice setup! Planting seedlings in a hydroponics system is probably one of the things that most novice growers in hydroponics are afraid of. I think it has something to do with the idea that they feel that they may not be doing the right thing. So it’s a great thing that there are helpful growers like you who take time to shoot and post a video that will teach other indoor growers the proper way to grow crops in hydro. Thanks and keep it up!
