Cinnamon Rolls from Home Ground Wheat

I loved how good the bread I made from my home ground wheat was. I’m excited to try baking more things using it. I had to make some more bread today and thought I’d make some cinnamon rolls. YUMMMM! They sure turned out good. I hope you give this a try and let me know how they turn out for you. Thanks for watching.

  1. I should have waited one more day for this video. I attempted cinnamon rolls yesterday morning and I forgot the cinnamon, you should not melt the butter first, and check the rolls at 15 minutes. What a mess, but the flavor was good if you cut off the burned tops. They actually became sticky buns and another lesson learned about that, turn them out while the sugar is melted. This morning I’ll be trying to clean that pan.
