its got wires twisted onto a bottle and the ends are connected to a beattery-electric water heater.
so it might go like this. the wires coonduct heat from the battery sending it back to the bottol and thus makeing heat???
solar- its has a bottle twisted with wires around and connected to a solar panel.
the solar panel gets energy fro the sun and sends it back to the bottle

Your question isn’t exactly clear. If your saying that you have a solar panel connected to wires, wrapped around a bottle, that is connected to a water heater that sounds like a solar water heater. Where’s the electric water heater part of your question come in? I’m going to assume that you meant that the panel is generating electricity to power the water heater. The wires do not conduct heat, they conduct the electricity of the solar panel to make the water heater work.
