Question by James P: I Need To Use The Broiler On My Stove?
It is a gas stove. I need to cook a chicken under the broiler for about one hour. Should I leave the oven door open a crack? My mother used to do that, but she had a electric stove.
Thank you! I was worried about that too. I am just going to put is in at 375 and see what happens. Thank you for your help!
