This is an example of a hydroponics system I drew on Scratch. Every time you click on a different part of the system, it says in Spanish what that part is for. I made this because students said they’d like to use computers to learn concepts more. The kids in Atapo Quichalan seemed to get a kick out of this; we used it to show hydroponics and Scratch at the same time. Created: 1/12/10. Credit: Amber
Question by Wonder Weirdo: Where can I get a good quality hydroponics kit for a beginner that wont break the bank?
I’m concerned about rising costs of food in my area, and I’ve heard a great deal about hydroponics. I’ve never done it before and would like to know if there’s a starter kit that’s cheap enough for me to learn how to use it and get familiar with the process.
