Yes they are! I love my dominique rooster! He was such a good boy and fought off chicken hawks! To bad i had to sell him! Does anyone have any idea why my brown leghorn hen has only layed one egg in her entire life and i got her as a chick last june?!

Yes they are super! Very nice chicken family! Is the roo a golden laced wyandotte? He looked to have the gold lace pattern on his chest, but I only have females in that variety so I was not sure. My Rhode Islands are a bit on the bossy side and my golden laced ones are so submissive. I have 2 silver laced ones and the beat up my roosters…My roosters are Silkies so thats not hard to do. Thanks for posting.
