International Permaculture Day 2012 (Tampa, FL USA) : Emmanuel Roux “Hugelculture: Storing water underground” shows us how we can create underwater reserve of water for the drought times during the year. Old decaying wood branches are used in Hugelculture to act as a sponge to soak up water.
