  1. Wow…someone really convinced you of this story?? Were you there when it happened? JK…I think some Uban Legends are based around actual facts. They just get so twisted. Some are just completely made up. Have you ever visited urbanlegends.about.com or snopes.com ? They usually give a background on the Urban Legend. Happy searching!

  2. I bit into a Jack In The Box (Burbank) burger and there was a small piece of paper in it. *shrug*
I’ve also found bits of what looked like chicken wire in breaded shrimp at the mall in Burbank, and in a hot dog at Burger Continental in Pasadena.
I’ve seen aphids and a cockroach in the salad at a Carls Juniors in Glendale.

  3. Urban legends are usually just that. I get a kick out of them. I like the ones heard from a FOAF who heard it from a FOAF. The really good ones are the ones heard from a FOAFOAF who heard it from a FOAFOAF. People have a lot of friends with these things it seems.

  4. dont know about that one.. but a freind of mine got a can coke back in the early 80s and when he finish it … it felt heavy so he open it up and found a dead mouse in it.. he was a teenager so he did not think about suing them or doing anything beyound getting sick..but there was one time in the paper where kfc chicken had fried a couple of rat.. seems they were chasing each other and fell into the grease at night and nobody notice.. all in the early 80s i think that is why the change the grease each day or cover it up at night
