Bakers Green Acres vs. Michigan DNR – Family Farm Under Attack
A family farm in rural Michigan may be shut down by a Government Entity who has passed a law stating that the breed of hogs they are raising are a threat to neighboring croplands. In truth, the Big Pork Industry has been planning this campaign to take down all family farms with hopes to eventually siege complete control of the American Food Supply. Hmmm….i wonder if there are still some of these hogs here in my country, growin’ up with my folks, every summer vacation we’d come visit grandma and along the roads, we’d see pigs similar to these, but……recently the only hogs visible are those big white “JERSEY” hogs, supposedly because they yield more per kilo. Thumbs up and shared.

It is all about money. We are in the dairy industry trust me I know all to well what the industry tries to do and impose. It is not to make the farmer rich, it is to make the company rich. Everywhere they are imposing these stupid rules. I am behind your fight 110%. Best of luck and God bless

Get the animal rights activists involved, they can help change the laws for the CAFO big factory farms. It truly is animal cruelty the way animals on CAFOs are raised. Every politician needs to know about these evil CAFOs, as well as every person, in order for the laws to change.

My great grandpa raised razor back (wild and mean) hogs. He did just fine. He used his dogs to go out with him when he needed to be in the area where they were. The govt is just too stinking big and immoral and greedy and evil and I can’t wait until Jesus Christ comes back to rule the world as He said He will. My blood pressure is going up. I can’t stand to listen to any more garbage our govt does.

My Grandparents used to grow pigs and I seen the pigs come towards the house – I remember waking up in the am’s and seeing them in front of the house and used to scare me – aww the three lil piggies! I miss them days ! I will pray for the farmers.

Big corporations goal is to monopolize every industry. A local farmer on Vancouver Island, BC CANADA was harassed extensively for growing food. Good luck with your fight, this is a fight worth fighting for.

what he says is true. I washed pig barns in Manitoba – the situation of those pigs is unethical. that is no life for a pig. I also was raised on a small scale family farm. I want to know my dinner had fun before it became dinner!!

The other 80% of your population need to get off their duffs and refuse to eat the ‘Frankin-pork’ being pushed by the big corporations. Naturally farm raised animals have a higher quality of nutrition and flavour. But then you already know that.
