how to make bread display

to make bread decoration we have to prepare flour all purpose for 1 kg, salt 700 gram cold water 800 ml mix all ingredient in the machine slowly continuously until the dough tide and strong hard, and than take the dough for 1 kg or more depend o the size display we want to make. watch in the video its just a sample that I create with my idea., so you can make much better than that.. good luck..
