Yep. I’ve done it many times and it works just fine. Also can use rapidgrow or just bare roots and get good results. Thanks for the comment!

so i can put a small rockwool w/roots coming out into a pot of clay aggregate and it would grow correctly?

ya, but why would you want to grow a plant under that to full maturity? Its like you can flower a plant under fluorescents, but do you really want to? No, that’s what HID’s are for… You can do a lot of things, but do you really want to? Anyways, stupid comment lunarlaserranging, but good video!! A+!
