Is that chain link fence tubing and what size is it. Where did you get that tubing bender?
It’s 12′ wide by 20′ long. Steel is galvanized tubing that we got at any big box store. 1 3/8″ tubing. We anchored it with 1 5/8″ tubing that are about 5′ long and pounded into the ground, so the hoops are inserted into the anchors and fastened together with Tek screws. It’s pretty sturdy and survived a huge wind storm already. Google Quick Hoops for plans and further details. Good luck with your project!
Nice project, i’m thinking doing one but longer. is it 12 feet wide? how is it anchored to the ground and what kind of steel tubing did you use. hope everything fits nicely in the end!
