Does anyone remember the disney movie where a guy raises ducks and teaches them how to fly?

The white and brown ones are one type (they look like bowling pins when they stand up) and the black and variegated one are another.
The white is the most adventurous and willing to try new things. Followed by the brown, then the variegated one. The black one, also the largest one, is the least outgoing…which probably means he’ll live the longest.

im not sure if they were geese but its some type of birds,just the title of the movie would help.
