Question by daveni: describe the difference in taste from goat’s milk and regular cow’s milk?
I got some goats milk, there is a difference but I can’t pin point it , if anything it has less taste.
Mostly I have been using it for my cereal there I definitely can’t tell the difference.

  1. I find it is a richer taste, a bit more grassy and herbaceous, I have had sheep’s milk, yak, reindeer, horse, camel and water buffalo so there are subtle to vast differences, creaminess and texture to with some.

For cereal it will be fine, you will not detect the difference, I do not you animal milk now for health purposes, mostly soya and almond for me.
