  1. Thx for your comments. Hope you get the same enjoyment from your garden as we do from ours!

  2. Ivan and Magda, you made it through winter with fresh Spring joy in your voices. Greetings to you and your children. I see your family and your land have developed a healthy, symbiotic life.

The garden soil looks darker, more lively than the previous year . . . perhaps it’s moisture, probably the valuable manure you added before planting. The earth looks rich and renewed.

Your rhubarb . . . splendid Spring growth.

Good days to you. Fertile summer and abundant harvest every year!

  3. Ivan — How great to see a video from you in my sub box again! I was wondering how you three where getting along “over there”. I had the same thought — everything in my garden I’ve grown from seed myself this year. Good practice. And I know just how Magda feels — my life has been consumed with weeding this Spring on the new garden. Am slowly catching up. Oh excellent idea with the fruit trees. . . I just put in some new fruit trees and I’m going to copy that staking.

  4. You and Magda really know what you’re doing. I tied my fruit trees like hers. It forces the branches to grow laterally for strength. Your garden is amazing! You produce massive amounts of food. In fact your whole setup is fantastic. I hope my next place is half as organized as yours. Thanks for the update Ivan.
