Polyface Farm – Pigaerator Pork – Part 1 (Mirror)

*IMPORTANT* Please read. I’m mirroring this series of videos because it contains some important information about how your food gets to your table, and how that relates to Governmental and corporate intrusion in that process. I’m hoping that you will view it, because You might be able to begin formulating a new way of looking at food production, as it applies to your own efforts in your “”Preps””. It’s a great example of “Thinking outside the box”, when it comes to preparing!!! You may be able to apply some of this thinking to how you look at feeding your family with limited resources (Not copying the methods necessarily, but copying the way of thinking). I’m mirroring the series with the gracious consent of the original uploader. www.youtube.com On her channel page, you will find a couple of other video “Series”, which I would encourage you to view as well. “Pastured poultry” and “Salad bar beef”.

  2. Yep, I have a list of local farmer’s markets around here in Tucson. I’ve planted a new stretch of lettuce, and plan on doing more. The dogs “harvested” my first stretch. 🙁
