I like a lot of your videos John. They are informative and have given me some good ways to cut corners in the beekeeping. This video left me with some questions thou.
Is there a risk that the copper ions gets in to the honey? Or hurt the bees someway? Also it would be wise to use protective glasses, you don’t want to get it in your eyes. Last, when you pour diesel like that you’ll build up static electricity, right. I would be more careful so it won’t cause a spark…

Tried that before,worked good till first summer heat wave. Wax leaches out running everywhere drawing other bees to wax smell causing robbing.
