Melons under the tangelo tree update: Looking good and finding more melons

These melons are taking off! Seems like you can find new melons growing under this tangelo tree every day 🙂 They are starting to look more like cantaloupes to me and I’ll be picking these ealier since the bugs ate my larger, original cantaloupe that was growing under the navel citrus tree.

  5. thanks! I just hope the bugs that got the other melon don’t think the tangelo looks like dessert.

  6. wow, they look fantastic! too bad about the one that got eaten up .. =S .. the bed of straw is a great idea. oh, and the tangelo looks great too! .. =D
