  2. @best333WillC Once they get larger it is easier as the European nightcrawlers will grow much thicker and can get a little longer than the red wigglers. When they are juveniles, it is very difficult and time consuming to sort them.

  3. …..I have euro’s and red worms. IN separate bins, what is an easy way to tell a difference between them? I can’t really tell a difference. Thanks for you help!

    The approximate number of worms per pound varies upon the type of worm. The red wiggler worms shown above come bed run with an approximate count of 800 to 1,000 per pound.

    I have a general number associated with each type of worm located at OrderWorms. com
