if you have a spare piece of garden you can use it wants to be turned over and you can start by putting all of you left over food any old tea bags and water on it keep it moist put some manure on it go down to a local farm and ask the farmer if you can go through his manure heap you will find plenty of red worms in there to start it off once its established just keep putting all your excess food on it this will keep the worms in the one place my friend did this for more than twenty years and always had loads of worms for his fishing trips. hope this helps
