Question by : I Have A Worm Farm Question?
I have a worm farm (ag project) and i found these little white things EVERYWHERE in the dirt. They look like seeds, but really really small. I don’t know what they are. The bin’s real moist too, if that helps.

  1. They’re probably springtails, they’re nothing to worry about. Springtails are part of the forest floor ecosystem that helps break kitchen scraps and paper down so bacteria and fungi can grow in them. The worms eat the bacteria and fungi, not the scraps.
