I found a small white worm that you can see brown in on my bed. not sure what it is , or where it came from?

worm bin is completed
silicon sealer is allowed to cure for a couple of days before bedding is introduced, just in case the fumes are an irritant to the new occupants of the bin

It could be a pinworm. It is a parasite that affects humans and animals. If you have a cat see if the worms are in its poop. If your butt itches a lot go to a doctor.
