    Great video.
    You said that the Jewish people call it Pita. As much as I know, this is the name that the Arabs in Israel call it. Isn’t it the Arabic name?

  21. Also, I’m not sure what it’s called but you can also use this metal rack, almost like a grill that sits above the stove. After you put it in the frying pain, place it on the metal rack on the stove and it will rise and fill with air

  22. I NEED a pan like this! My husband is coming from Palestine, but he does not understand when I told him to bring me this pot! Thank you for the wonderful recipies! I want to learn Palestinian recipes because most everyone around where I live are familiar with just Lebanese recipes…
