www.allotment-diary.co.uk Just a quick 2 minute tour of the Allotment plot and polytunnel as of June 3rd to see how things are growing. Things arestarting to grow with the sunny weather but I really need some rain. A quick look inside the polytunnel and what’s growing. Carrots,lettuce,beetroot,peas,leeks,onions,garlic,shallots,cabbages,pumpkins,parsley,corriander,rocket,,potatoes.

  1. good allotment, this is my first year on my plot, don’t think i will bother with exhibits though, just get it on the plate.

  4. A great allotment ! But where are you? Things seem a little behind for the beginning of June in a polytunnel. Also, don’t you find that the squashes can go wild inside a polytunnel, how do you control them? I grew a butternut squash in mine last year and it nearly took over..
