Question by Ashton’s Mommy: Where can I buy, or how can a make, a beehive prop for a costume?
Any idea’s. I’ve been searching online for 3 days and I can’t find ANYTHING. Doing a google search just brings up Beehive wigs. I want something that actually looks like a beehive, to be carried around for a beekeeper costume I’m making.

You could make one out of paper mache. I am sure there are instructions on the internet that tell how to mix the glue. Use a big balloon as the base, paper mache it, let it dry and paint it. You could even cut a hole in it and use it for your treats!

it isn’t a beehive, but i know how to make a bee costume. first get a black tu-tu and a black skirt that u would use 4 ballet. then you need yellow duct tape and a black headband and two yellow pipe cleaners. put on the tu-tu w/ skirt and take the yellow duct tape and wrap it around the tu-tu. but make it with one row and then another row, and so on. then take the headband and the pipe cleaners and wrap each around the headband and curl thenm at the end. then all you need is black shoes. there is your bee costume!

Try making it. You can get craft items for the craft stores, and decorations too!
