Question by Green A: Does Oberhasli goat milk have a strong flavor or after taste?
Does anyone know if Oberhasli goat milk has a strong taste. I heard that it did. How does it compare to Alpine and/or Nubian milk?
Please only answer if you know, thank you.

  1. No. Check you doe’s diet and make sure all vitamins necessary are provided. Nutritional problems CAN cause off-taste. Quality and type of hay or browse also affects taste.

Once, one of mine ate pine needles, and the milk tasteed like creosote for a day.
