  17. My mother made this when I was a kid. Our family called it a Bird’s Nest.
    This use to be the only way I would eat an egg and actually enjoy it.

  18. Hi! Just a tip from Jacque Pepin: You shouldn’t crack the egg with the edge
    of something such as the silverware you used or the edge of a bowl. This is
    because the thing you’re using will push pieces of shell into the egg, thus
    having shell in your food. You should rather use a flat surface to break
    the egg against, such as a countertop! Hope this helps!
