Someone did try that recently. Unfortunately, in our “justice” system,
whoever has the most expensive lawyers wins. Monsanto won.

Why don’t the farmers who Monsanto tries to sue for patent violation,
themselves sue Monsanto for trespass of Monsanto’s crops on their land, or
something similar?
