Taylor Pang, I would leave the dough more sticky during the initial rise,
and wait and see if the flour absorbs during the rise. I think that you
run the risk of making these a little tough if you add too much flour
initially.

I am going to try this lets see how they turn out. I wish i had kitch Aid
they are great just that in the country where i am stationed i cant find
one, but next time ill be home i will get one. I miss OG.

Could you duplicate Olive Garden’s Salad Dressing that they put in the big
bowls of the free salad they start you with? That is so good and light,
but I have no idea exactly what it is. Thank you :-)
Those look really good but I think you need to work on your dough rolling
skill there is a lot of cracks. YouTube a video on how to make bagettes and
try to do a mini version of them to make those breadsticks. Other than that
those look amazing!

These were a little more than slightly more dense than Olive garden
Breadsticks, but they were still really good, I made a few minor changes I
used fresh Garlic minced and a little more oregano but oh my Goodness these
were sooooo good, sooooo good. Thank you for posting.
