I tried this recipe to use up some leftover bananas. It’s very easy and
seriously good. The banana lends an almost rum-like taste to it.
Hey there. love this. I will be posting my idiot-proof banana bread video
when the weather cools down, but it is essentially the same, minus the
cocoa powder… it looks AMAZING… chocolate and bananas… so great. One
little thing.. I noticed on a video from a guy in Europe that what he
referred to as brown sugar in his video looks like raw sugar in the
states… as in un-bleached. In the states, brown sugar is a sugar product
that has molasses added and does not look like what you are using… I
think brown sugar in Europe and Eastern Europe is simply granulated raw
sugar.
