It’s a real shame that a lot of the commercial places sell sourdough
“style” bread. True sourdough is delicious because of the natural yeasts,
and it’s a real shame that there aren’t rules in place to enforce that
sourdough has to be made from a mother dough as opposed to your everyday
yeast.
I was inspired when I saw this the other day but a buddy came by with is
new girl who disgraced the range by being vegan!?! It’s OK though she looks
good & thats always a saving grace… She saw the steaks & chicken quarters
& I could tell she felt left out the bang, 2 of these some sliced
portabellos & a corn cob w/ some vineripe tomatoes on the side and everyone
was having fun again! plus I either helped my buddy out or earned brownie
points if he ditches her 😛
@darkowl9 Funny you mention this… the sourdough in the vid was purchased
and I’m not sure of how authentic it is, but I was just talking to a friend
today about the process of sourdough starters.
