  5. Would inmates usualy have access to a packet yeast, i know they have access
    to bread. It would be interesting to see someone do a step by step video on
    prison wine made from bread and also showing the fermentation process. I
    know there is already a recipe for prison hooch on youtube using bread but
    it doesn’t show the fermentation actualy happening you just have to take
    his word for it. It would be interesting to see the hole process from
    beginning to end. Sorry for S.A type comment 😛

  9. @Potts2k8 yer , yeast is yeast it has a complicated life yeast apparently
    you can do this 6 times ,I’ve done it for beer ,the type of yeast you use
    apparently has a big impact on flavour ,that’s why I suggested proper wine
    yeast ,but hay taste is subjective ,I’m no snob ,if you like the taste with
    bakers go with that .

  10. @sausage4mash don’t get me wrong, I’d love to try real wine yeast but no
    brewing shop near me so it’s easier just to jump down to the supermarket
    than order online lol … but I’ll deff try it.

    and u will be addicted to homebrewing if u cant find a homebrew shop buy
    the wine kit online

    would it be better to leave this on my windowsill or in a dark place
    because i have no warm dark places but the sun will heat the brew through
    my window so what would you suggest my friend? dark place or windowsill?

    keep it the best you get

  25. Inmate brew??? In the pen…..we call it ….Hooch,….made out of oranges
    or raisins….if its made out of prunes or figs.. Pruno….
