  3. I see your beets came out sort off color.Mine always turns out that way
    also.. store bought beets are always still deep burgundy.. I wish mine came
    out like the store bought! Pickled beets alwayscome out deep red..I’d sure
    liketo know what to do for plain beets!

  4. They really are a lot darker than they look on the video. As I said, this
    is the first time I’ve done them so I wonder if the next batch will look

  5. Add 2 cloves to each Beet jar. I’ve had canned beets 8 yrs. after canned.
