Not sure. We used to just sweep it up from the coup and spread it in the
garden. Seemed to do the job.

LOL,…reminds me of my hs buddy’s li’l sister(age 3 or 4), pickin’ up the
bunny poop and wanting to eat it thinkin’ it was candy! Hehehe….thumbs up

I’ve made a lot of piles of that stuff myself over the years. One day my
dad came home from work and the chickens were on the back porch. When he
walked through they took off flying and flung poop all over him. He wasn’t
happy… we went on a chicken slaughter with shotguns and 22’s. didn’t have
much trouble with flying chicken dung after that. 🙂

It seemed odd that it doesn’t have to compost first but it actually works.
