The last thing I put hot sauce on was my Mexican Meat Loaf.
2 Pounds of ground cooked hamburger meat
20 ground up/crunched up crackers
1 egg
3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of diced green pepper
1/2 cup of diced onion
1 cup of barbucue sauce
1-2 (depending on what you like) teaspoon of hot sauce
Mix all together. Put in a bread sized pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour… but check to be sure it is thoroughly cooked through.
Serve with scalloped potatoes and fresh green beans

Boy, I’ll tell you, there are so many lame answers here that it’s depressing. And, I wonder how many respondents really DID put hot sauce on Old Willie (my guess: none).
As for my little household, The place can’t run without it. Not that I have anything to do with it; I’m a Yankee, and think boiled cabbage with a pinch of salt is tasty as it is.
But, my husband was raised in the Souf (sic), and he’s older, so many of his taste buds have withered up and quit. These facts result in my little bumble-bee virtually ladling on hot sauce. You’d think it was gravy.
Night after night, I do the best I can in the kitchen to make dinner nutritious and delicious. But, the minute the food hits the table, out comes that damned bottle, and before you can say Jack Robinson, he’s got lovely Chicken Kiev swimming in an ocean of you-know-what.
Here are some of the things he’s put hot sauce on in the last month:
Chicken Kiev.
Salmon Teriyaki.
Spaghetti.
Mashed potatoes.
Chicken & dressing.
Steamed baby carrots.
Sweet & Sour Chicken AND the innocent rice on which it sat.
The list is endless. One of these days, I’m going to deep-fry three or four slices of toast, put them under a protective blanket of hot sauce, and tell him they’re pork cutlets.
