  3. There are many.
    It depends on what species you are farming.
    Fish can get a number of nasty pox family virus when in the close confines of aquaculture. RSIV The red seabream Iridovirus is another nasty one. Clams and other molluscs are susceptible to Norwalk virus and many others.

    it would help if yu could narrow down the type of aquaculture and the species you wish to know about.

    Causes: Often over crowding, stress and wrong nutrition. Diagnosis, often visual, but also poor growth, poor breeding. Control. Medication sometimes works, but is not the answer. More infrastructure and monitoring helps.
