Question by Fish Man!: Can i make a mini worm farm with icecream containers?
and how would i do this

how many layers should i have
no i mean plastic ones

  1. Are you meaning ice cream containers made out of paper products? I’m pretty sure worms are going to eat their way right out of those, just as soon as the paper starts decomposing, which it would readily do in contact with worms and worm bedding. Worm farms need to be made out of plastic. As a practical matter, you’d want a large enough container that one feeding of kitchen scraps wouldn’t overwhelm your worms, unless this is a very small scale experiment.
