Question by Christie: How do you guys feel about the new car’s Obama is hoping to have in 2015?
I know there enviormentally friendly, and I they would be solar powered. But I’m sure there going to be really expensive and it’s not like everyone is going to be able to go out and buy one. So the people that can’t afford them, like me, will feel like shit still driving around in my unenviormentally friendly car! This maybe a stupid question but if it’s solar powered how would that work at night? Would you have to charge it?

Got any opinions on the matter?

  1. You are assuming that something will happen. How do you know you won’t be able to afford it?

Solar powered homes have storage devices so that they store energy when it is available for use when it is not.

I will buy one when they are available. I don’t assume that I won’t be able to afford it.

  3. Don’t forget, Obama is exempting himself from his rules. Big surprise, right?

  4. Obama knows about cars how ? Has Obama ever had a driver’s license ? I’m not trying to knock your question; it’s not that the question is bad; it’s just that Obama has no business designing cars. There will not be a solar powered car that anyone can afford in 2015. If lies were hamburgers; Obama’s lies would be Whoppers.

  5. I will think about looking into the remote possibility of looking at a dealer’s lot of solar powered and electric cars when chairman obama trades in his armored limo for one. Until he rides in one. he has no moral, or legal, authority to try to think about telling me what I should be driving.

  6. Obama is not that ambitious. He wants people to be driving cars that get 40 or 50 mpg by 2016 and cars that use fuel cells or something other than gasoline.

With such a car, I won’t have to spend so much money on gasoline.
